The impact of organizational justice and trust on knowledge sharing behaviour

The spread of knowledge sharing provides advantages to organizations in developing new solutions problems along with a broader informational infrastructure. For this reason, it is important know the factors affecting behaviour individuals. study examined impact employees’ perceptions organizational justice and trust on behaviour. theories justice, behavior constitute methodological framework research. Within scope study, data were collected from 421 participants (68 managers 353 employees) working public private sectors Bartin province (Turkey), using survey method. divided into four sub-dimensions (procedural, distributive, interpersonal, informational), construct includes two – manager organization as whole. As result while no significant relationship was found between procedural distributive sharing, interpersonal sharing. In addition, positive manager, According findings, seen that has an role exhibition behaviour; level increases, positively affected. At same time, dimensions affect more than justice. It emerging should give importance justice’s dimensions.
